HEY!:D

had co yesterday.
was quite okay, its just that i couldnt stand the weather:/
its so freaking hot that i was sweating my way through till combine practice that we actually got a chance to sit under the fan:D
but it did not help much actually, the fan made me felt as if my hair is all over the place:/
haha, but well, its alright i guess(:

learnt a part of zen me ban from yanjie:DDD
yay(:

went running after co yesterday.
with kx ft &yuan(:
we ran like crazy for the 100km, &ive improved:D
from 18++ seconds to 17++ seconds(:
im happy with the 1second of improvement cause it might make a big difference that day okay!
i shall continue training till i reach my goal of 15seconds &below(:
i hope it'll not be too demanding.
